What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical authority and trusted advisor for a portfolio of partners in the ANZ and ASEAN region.
• Empower partners with architectural expertise and best practices to solve complex customer data challenges.
• Mentor partner SEs through live sales cycles to build confidence and increase deal velocity.
• Design and execute a technical enablement strategy, including workshops, bootcamps, and coaching sessions.
• Create technical documentation and blog posts based on compelling real-world use cases.
• Engage with partners through travel (up to 50%) to support key opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services.
• Must reside in Sydney (Preferred) or Melbourne, Australia.
• Deep domain expertise in Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security (SIEM, SOAR, Observability Platforms).
• Proven track record of training, mentoring, and enabling technical teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to distill complex technical concepts.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across ANZ and ASEAN.

• Proven experience in a partner-facing or channel-focused technical role.
• Experience developing technical training materials, labs, and presentations.
