What you will do

• Define and evolve data platform propositions, technical direction, and strategic positioning within the Global Data Practice.
• Advise enterprise clients on modern data platform strategy, architecture, operating models, and AI readiness.
• Lead architecture and technical direction for complex enterprise data platform and transformation programs.
• Drive pre-sales, proposal development, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Build strategic technology partner relationships and stay current with emerging platform capabilities.
• Mentor engineering teams and support recruitment and capability uplift across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across data engineering, data platforms, analytics engineering, or data architecture.
• Proven experience in consultancy and enterprise client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to architect and deliver cloud-native data platforms at enterprise scale.
• Deep understanding of data mesh principles, federated governance, and domain-oriented data ownership.
• Experience designing architectures to support AI-native use cases and agentic workflows.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience leading high-performing engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Expertise with GCP, AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, Spark, dbt, Kubernetes, or Airflow.
