What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for partners to support current and future business needs.
• Develop new accounts and build a strong pipeline of leads for the wider Sales Team.
• Analyze monthly distribution reports and trends to identify new market opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver targeted campaigns, channel activities, and trade shows.
• Facilitate channel enablement and partner engagement through the hirify.global Academy.
• Manage the regional demo pool and coordinate pricelist communication internally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in channel recruitment and development.
• Basic technical knowledge with a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal and external collaboration.
• Proficiency in multi-task management and problem-solving.
