What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and operation of integration and automation solutions across Finance Systems, primarily using Workato.
• Drive the adoption of AI and LLM-based techniques to replace manual effort and optimize Finance operations.
• Establish global patterns and standards for error handling, observability, retry logic, and secrets management.
• Partner with platform engineers, Finance stakeholders, and Technical Program Managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain SOX and ITGC controls, managing change governance, regression testing, and audit evidence.
• Act as the primary design partner when evaluating and onboarding new platforms or automation tools into the ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems or integration engineering, preferably within SaaS or enterprise finance technology.
• Deep hands-on experience with Workato or equivalent iPaaS (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
• Strong API integration skills (REST, SOAP) and fluency in XML, JSON, and secure data transport (OAuth, mTLS, SFTP, PGP).
• Proficiency in SQL; Python is strongly preferred for data validation and ETL workflows.
• Hands-on integration experience with major ERPs such as NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, or SAP.
• Proven experience in SOX and ITGC control design, evidence management, and audit remediation.

• Familiarity with finance domain concepts like revenue recognition, procure-to-pay flows, or treasury operations.
• Experience operating in high-growth environments and comfort with ambiguity.
