What you will do

• Design and develop complex, scalable backend features across Salesforce and supporting systems.
• Build reliable integrations and APIs connecting Salesforce, Marketo, and external platforms.
• Support production incidents, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes that reduce technical debt.
• Design data models and structures that enable reliable information flow across systems.
• Promote engineering quality through code reviews, testing practices, and technical standards.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate delivery while reviewing and validating generated code.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce backend experience designing scalable systems.
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture.
• Strong communication skills for leading technical discussions and explaining trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using AI coding tools and sound judgment when reviewing AI-generated code.
