TL;DR
Consultant / Senior Consultant - TechnologyOne (TechnologyOne/ERP): Delivering end-to-end TechnologyOne CiAnywhere implementations across solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and customer training with an accent on business process optimisation and cross-functional delivery. Focus on configuring workflows, ETLs, BPAs, DocOnes, dashboards, and reporting, while solving data integrity, stakeholder adoption, and full-lifecycle implementation challenges.
Location: Hybrid; office location anywhere within Australia and New Zealand. Occasional business travel required.

What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end consulting services for TechnologyOne CiAnywhere implementations, including solution design, configuration, validation, and testing support.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and help clients define, refine, and optimise business processes.
- Configure workflows, ETLs, BPAs, DocOnes, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Support data migration activities and maintain data integrity throughout implementations.
- Create functional specifications, solution designs, documentation, and as-built artefacts.
- Deliver customer training, support adoption, manage risks and issues, and collaborate with project, change, test, and data specialists.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience delivering TechnologyOne consulting solutions; CiAnywhere/CiA experience is essential.
- Experience designing and implementing business systems across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering through go-live support.
- Strong knowledge of one or more TechnologyOne functional areas, including Financials, Enterprise Budgeting, HRP/Payroll, EAM, PLM, or Property & Rating.
- Strong documentation skills, including functional specifications and solution designs.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and deliver workshops, training, and customer-facing sessions.
- Experience supporting or contributing to data migration activities.

- Hands-on experience with TechnologyOne tools such as ETLs, XLOne, BPA, and DocOne.
