TL;DR
Consultant / Senior Consultant (TechnologyOne): Delivering end-to-end consulting services for TechnologyOne CiAnywhere implementations with an accent on solution design, configuration, and business process optimization. Focus on managing the full project lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful system adoption for clients across various sectors.
Location: Must be based in Australia or New Zealand (Hybrid work arrangement).

What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end consulting services for TechnologyOne CiAnywhere implementations including design, configuration, and testing.
- Analyze business requirements to optimize client processes and workflows.
- Configure system components such as ETLs, BPAs, DocOnes, and dashboards.
- Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop high-quality functional specifications and solution design documentation.
- Provide customer training and support stakeholder adoption through remote and face-to-face sessions.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia or New Zealand.
- 3+ years of experience delivering TechnologyOne consulting solutions (CiAnywhere/CiA).
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of business systems.
- Strong understanding of TechnologyOne functional areas such as Financials, HRP, or EAM.
- Experience across the full delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering and go-live support.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with TechnologyOne tools like ETLs, XLOne, BPA, and DocOne.
- Experience contributing to data migration activities.
