Salary: CA$113,000 - CA$179,000/year (Base), OTE: CA$130,000 - CA$206,000/year

What you will do

• Establish and execute governance frameworks and application lifecycles for the Salesforce ecosystem and GTM/CX applications.
• Own the project lifecycle for system integrations, designing and deploying scalable patterns.
• Lead the administration of the Tray.io iPaaS platform and drive ecosystem-wide automation.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in GTM, Finance, and Legal to translate requirements into strategic solutions.
• Maintain system architecture documentation and lead change management processes.
• Collaborate with support specialists to provide escalation management and ensure system stability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of application administration experience in mid-to-large scale environments (500+ users).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce integration methods including Connected Apps, OAuth, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong background in change management, data governance, and SOX/ITGC compliance.
• Practical experience with integration middleware such as Workato, Mulesoft, or Tray.io.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with cross-functional dependencies.
• Must be based in Toronto or able to work in a hybrid capacity.

• Experience building new business functions and architectural infrastructure from the ground up.
• Proven capability to balance long-term enterprise engineering with daily support requests.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Architect.
