Applications and Integrations Lead (Salesforce)

Location: Toronto, Canada

Salary: CA$113,000–CA$179,000 per year at the start of employment; expected OTE of CA$130,000–CA$206,000 per year, including variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, governance, strategic roadmap, and operational support of the Salesforce, GTM, CX, and platform application ecosystem.
• Establish application lifecycle and governance frameworks aligned with SOX and ITGC compliance standards.
• Own the lifecycle of new integrations, including architecture, development, deployment, and scalable integration patterns.
• Administer Tray.io and deliver automations and middleware solutions across the application ecosystem.
• Review data models and flows, maintain system documentation, and lead change management for applications and integrations.
• Partner with GTM, CX, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders while managing escalations and break/fix support.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of application administration experience in mid-to-large-scale environments supporting more than 500 users.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce integrations using Connected Apps, OAuth, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with change management, data governance, audit expectations, SOX, and ITGC guidelines.
• Practical experience with Workato, Mulesoft, Tray.io, or comparable integration middleware.
• Ability to lead complex technical projects with cross-functional dependencies and changing priorities.
• Experience managing SaaS tools such as Gong, Outreach, Marketo, and Clari, with strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience building new business functions, operating procedures, or architecture from the ground up.
• Experience balancing long-term platform governance with daily application support.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Architect certification.
