What you will do

• Own and drive CORA (Change Oversight & Risk Assessment) and Planning programs end-to-end.
• Conduct research to identify internal pain points and develop prioritized roadmaps.
• Manage Executive QBR planning cycles, from company guidance to final outputs.
• Represent the organization during audits and compliance exams with internal and external regulators.
• Partner with IT, data, and engineering teams to implement complex technical builds for process solutions.
• Maintain enablement resources, including policies, training materials, and AI agents.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product operations or program management for software/product initiatives.
• Proven track record of owning cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Ability to translate ambiguous or conflicting inputs into clear, actionable plans.
• Proficiency in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience leveraging generative AI to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
• Strong communication skills for facilitating dialogues with senior stakeholders.
