What you will do
- Coordinate work assignment, workflow distribution, staffing, and resource planning for a large staff across three offices.
- Manage internal and external audit requests from intake through accurate and timely completion.
- Create complex recurring and ad hoc reports using Doma, Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Access, and other reporting tools.
- Administer, govern, maintain, and improve large-scale SharePoint sites supporting Claims reporting and collaboration.
- Resolve complex operational and compliance issues through analysis, judgment, and practical solutions.
- Analyze workflows and guidelines, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic projects for the National Claims Intake Center and Claims Services division.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 3–5+ years of progressive experience in complex operational environments, including multi-location functions.
- Experience executing complex operational and strategic initiatives across multiple sites.
- Applied knowledge of claims intake operations, compliance, performance management, reporting, databases, and analytics platforms.
- Advanced working knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site design, governance, and maintenance.
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Access, Doma, and collaboration tools.
