TL;DR
National Accounts Analyst (Asset Management): Analyzing sales, asset flows, platform activity, and market data while supporting strategic home office relationships and intermediary distribution initiatives with an accent on business analytics, client-ready reporting, and due diligence coordination. Focus on building dashboards, maintaining CRM and platform data, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, and developing expertise in investment products and client service.

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the office and one day per week from home. Travel of up to 25% may be required.

Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, with potential variable compensation through bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

  • Analyze sales, asset flows, platform activity, and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, territory reviews, and performance analytics for National Account Managers and business stakeholders.
  • Develop client-ready presentations, business reviews, product updates, reporting packages, and platform deliverables.
  • Coordinate due diligence requests, questionnaires, data collection, submission records, meetings, events, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain CRM records, platform data, pipelines, client interactions, and activity tracking.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other teams to deliver business priorities on schedule.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in financial services, with an interest in financial markets and asset management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, data management, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, data tools, or reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, separately managed accounts, model portfolios, and alternative investments.
  • Interest in a long-term career in National Accounts, sales, or relationship management.
  • Exposure to analytics or AI-enabled workflows.
