Financial Analyst – Costing/Gross Margin (World Wide Operations) - (B3) (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Analyze built material costs and reconcile tool valuations against bills of materials.
• Review production-order material variances and partner with Operations to resolve identified issues.
• Support worldwide operations teams in resolving finance-attribute issues that block transactions.
• Complete monthly and quarterly close activities covering work-in-progress, finished goods, deferred, and evaluation inventory.
• Perform financial modeling and analysis for gross margin reporting, inventory reserves, and executive decision-making.
• Lead aged WIP inventory reviews, balance sheet review meetings, and SOX-related work with internal auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Finance or Accounting experience at a reputable firm.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and multiple levels of management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Hadoop, Tableau, machine learning, or other business intelligence technologies.
