What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
  • Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance tasks.
  • Manage work order backlogs and prioritize activities to optimize workload.
  • Oversee execution on critical rotating equipment, including pumps, seals, blowers, and compressors.
  • Analyze performance data and generate maintenance reports to recommend improvements.
  • Lead and develop the maintenance team while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or technical college education.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance processes and plant operations.
