Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Establish a communication plan with manufacturing operations to ensure effective maintenance coordination.
• Implement systems for measuring and improving equipment uptime, including tracking MTTF and MTTR.
• Manage the computerized maintenance management system (EMAINT) for work orders and spare parts.
• Lead disciplined problem-solving efforts to reduce maintenance burden and improve plant productivity.
• Develop and motivate a strong maintenance staff capable of executing key objectives.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to establish priorities and PM systems for critical equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• 10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to develop and lead teams in a unionized plant environment.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with office software including Word, Excel, and Teams.
