What you will do

• Manage firmwide onboarding, leadership development, and technical training programs including scheduling and logistics.
• Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline enrollment, reporting, and learner experience.
• Lead global vendor management, budget tracking, and contract administration.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leads to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI tools to automate workflows and content curation.
• Maintain L&D governance frameworks and reporting on internal platforms like Confluence.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in program/project coordination, L&D operations, or HR.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL or New York, NY.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
