What you will do

• Manage an active docket of disputes and litigation, developing and executing case strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Represent the company in smaller litigation matters, including regulatory inquiries and subpoenas.
• Oversee outside counsel for complex litigation, providing strategic guidance and internal coordination.
• Advise internal stakeholders on risk assessments, proactive solutions, and mitigation strategies.
• Support the development and implementation of discovery and litigation hold processes.
• Maintain communication with insurance carriers and other third parties.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of litigation experience at a top law firm or in-house legal department.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, including professional litigation drafting.
• Ability to manage a complex workload with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills, judgment, and clear communication.
