What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier, vendor, platform, and licensing contracts.
• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to stakeholders across operations, clinical, pharmacy, marketing, and technology teams.
• Ensure compliance with UK legal and regulatory frameworks, specifically healthcare, pharmacy, and consumer law.
• Support digital platform developments, new product launches, and international contracting across Europe.
• Scale legal support by developing templates, playbooks, and self-service guidance.
• Explore and implement AI tools to optimize legal research, drafting, and contract management.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or CILEX lawyer.
• Approximately 4-8 years of PQE with strong commercial contracts experience.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiation supported by a deep understanding of contract law.
• Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in London.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, digital health, or pharmacy sectors.
• Background working within a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Experience with international contracts, particularly within Europe.
• Fluency in German.
