Senior Counsel (Lemon Law Litigation)

Senior Counsel (Lemon Law Litigation): Representing manufacturers and corporate clients in high-exposure consumer warranty and litigation matters with an accent on the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. Location: Must be licensed in the State of California. Remote, hybrid, or onsite options available.

Salary: $160,000–$190,000 annually, plus performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
• Develop compelling case themes and defense strategies.
• Manage multi-party, high-value litigation from strategy through trial.
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys.
• Maintain routine communication with clients and cultivate professional relationships.

Requirements

• Active license with the State Bar of California required.
• JD from an ABA-approved law school.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including deposition and trial preparation.
• 5+ years of litigation experience handling Lemon Law defense matters.
• 2+ years of General Liability defense experience.
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience representing manufacturers or automotive clients.
• Background in insurance defense matters.
• Experience with consumer advocacy or CRLA/housing litigation.
