Finance Manager (Corporate Finance)

Location: Remote; candidates outside the US may be eligible, with compensation varying by location

Salary: $123,000–$166,000 annual hiring range for most US-based locations

What you will do

• Own monthly reporting, operating model updates, variance analysis, and management reporting for leadership.
• Build and maintain the three-statement operating model, driver-based forecasts, scenario models, and sensitivity analyses.
• Lead annual planning, including templates, assumptions, targets, and strategic scenarios.
• Maintain company-level SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, gross margin, CAC payback, and Rule of 40.
• Track department budgets, headcount, and software spend while partnering with department and GTM leaders.
• Automate close and forecasting workflows using AI and improved tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, including experience in a SaaS or usage-based business.
• Experience building three-statement models from scratch and making structural changes to models.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting principles, SaaS metrics, and financial data reconciliation.
• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, comfort with large datasets, and working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience building AI workflows for finance, validating AI output, and identifying AI limitations.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance leaders and operate independently in ambiguous situations.

• Investment banking, consulting, or private equity background.
• Experience partnering with go-to-market leadership on sales planning and KPI tracking.
