Finance Data Analyst

Location: Remote from Poland or Spain

What you will do

• Act as a subject-matter expert for topline data and manage analytical models with RevOps, Data Engineering, Deal Desk, and Product stakeholders.
• Use data models and AI tools to identify opportunities and support revenue growth.
• Perform financial analysis, quantitative modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning support.
• Own management dashboards and reporting in Tableau or similar tools for management reviews and board meetings.
• Consolidate financial actuals against forecasts, identify trends and variance drivers, and maintain key performance indicators.
• Automate financial reporting and improve data structures, workflows, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a BI or Data Analyst team, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience with business intelligence, data analytics, system architecture, and AI-powered functionality, especially Snowflake and DBT.
• Understanding of financial planning and analysis, including annual budgeting, long-term strategic planning, and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, Excel, and Google Sheets skills.
• Full proficiency in English and the ability to work remotely from Poland or Spain.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Pigment SaaS or another EPM system.
