Program Manager (AI Product Development)

Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of three office days per week in Bellevue, WA or Durham, NC

Salary: $135,000–$210,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Coordinate spec-driven product launches from ideation through delivery for an assigned product portfolio.
• Build and continuously improve program management processes for an AI-first product development organization.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across stakeholders and product development stages.
• Set timelines, drive accountability, communicate product readiness, and address scope changes or delays.
• Partner with subject matter experts, UX, Engineering, Enablement, Legal, and Marketing to drive decisions.
• Develop initial product enablement and marketing materials and represent product priorities when Product Managers are unavailable.

Requirements

• BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience, ideally building or significantly improving processes.
• Experience managing several concurrent, cross-stage workstreams while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity, make informed decisions, and create concrete deliverables from incomplete information.
• Strong timeline management, stakeholder accountability, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
