Program Manager (Intel)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; on-site at hirify.global Headquarters 4–5 days per week

Base salary: $150,000–$300,000 USD per year, plus potential clearance differential and discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Design and execute enterprise-wide customer success programs for Intel Community customers, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewal strategies.
• Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives from initiation through completion across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and align customer missions with business objectives.
• Establish and monitor customer success and program KPIs, including renewal rates, churn, customer health, adoption, and Net Promoter Score.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with the Intel Community and understanding of mission-critical customer requirements.
• 10+ years of experience in program management or customer success within B2B SaaS, including enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience leading customer success programs and cross-functional projects from design through execution.
• Strong strategic roadmapping, analytical, stakeholder management, and KPI management skills.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph required.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent program management certification.
• Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or Totango.
• Familiarity with federal procurement, compliance requirements, and contracting vehicles.
• Experience with enterprise platforms.
