Program Manager (AI Enablement)

Location: Remote - USA, United States of America

Base salary: $190,000–$210,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate a portfolio of strategic AI initiatives across engineering, product, and business functions.
• Coordinate development and implementation of the AI Platform, including the Agent Layer, Agent Control Plane, Knowledge Gateway, and Context Layer.
• Manage AI workflow and agent deployment initiatives from intake and discovery through evaluation, approval, launch, and adoption.
• Coordinate AI policies and governance standards with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Information Security.
• Support enterprise-wide AI training programs with Human Resources and department leadership.
• Establish program governance, planning cycles, status reporting, risk registers, decision logs, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, technology delivery, or related roles, including at least 3 years managing concurrent initiatives.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with strategic initiatives, executive reporting, and decision-making.
• Understanding of AI platform architecture, agentic systems, AI applications, governance, security, and risk management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with Jira, Linear, Confluence, or Notion.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in commercial real estate, financial services, or capital markets.
• Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or digital transformation initiatives.
