Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in or near Austin, Texas, with work in the Austin office

Salary: $124,950–$156,240 USD base salary per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs involving multiple systems, divisions, and stakeholders.
• Manage initiatives integrating and optimizing procurement, sales, order management, finance, accounting, reporting, and other enterprise applications.
• Oversee system roadmaps, define project scope and success metrics, and coordinate delivery across technical and business teams.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines and resources, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Partner with development teams on architectural alignment, data integrity, scalability, compatibility, QA, and technical impact.
• Apply Agile methodologies, maintain project playbooks and procedures, and communicate program status and decisions to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of technical program or project management experience.
• Track record of managing system integration projects across ERP, CRM, Workday, and other business platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Experience running AI initiatives and strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Must be authorized to work full-time and permanently in the United States; new employer-sponsored work authorization is not available.
