Salary: $281,000 - $365,700 USD

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco and available for hybrid office attendance (2-3 days/week).
• 5+ years of engineering experience, including previous staff or technical lead roles.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering management.
• Strong customer focus with experience defining products and managing trade-offs alongside product managers.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and navigate complex, large-scale systems.
