Salary: $201,000 - $265,000 base + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical ehirify.globalcellence.
• Establish the technical strategy and infrastructure to support global deployments and massive data processing.
• Architect distributed systems that are as resilient as the physical energy grids they model.
• Collaborate with Product, Uhirify.global, Data Science, and Power Systems ehirify.globalperts to translate energy requirements into software.
• Provide deep technical guidance and hands-on support to resolve critical bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of ehirify.globalperience building scalable, reliable cloud-based production systems (GCP preferred).
• 3+ years of ehirify.globalperience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects.
• 2+ years of direct people management ehirify.globalperience.
• Must be based in or able to work in Mountain View, CA on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of power systems, electrical engineering, or grid optimization.
• Ehirify.globalperience with RDF or other graph database technologies.
• Ehirify.globalperience working in high-growth environments with rapidly changing requirements.
