What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 8+ Semiconductor Test Applications Engineers.
• Collaborate with regional Sales partners to develop account strategies and win design-ins.
• Ensure technical, schedule, and financial goals are met for all projects.
• Recruit, manage, and develop team members while planning for future skill requirements.
• Build and sustain relationships with key technical decision-makers at customer sites.
• Train team members on policies and best practices to ensure compliance and quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with ATE equipment (e.g., UltraFlex, Eagle, Advantest V93K).
• BSEE degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong programming proficiency in C#, C++, or Visual Basic.
• Proven track record of managing complex semiconductor test program development.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel 25% or more, both domestically and internationally.
