What you will do

• Define the global strategy for GTM enablement to turn AE, AM, and SDR reps into top performers across all regions.
• Lead the global enablement function spanning onboarding, technical product, and outbound enablement workstreams.
• Design the systems, standards, and operating rhythms for enablement as the company expands into new regions and segments.
• Build AI-driven automations applied directly to enablement workstreams and embed AI fluency into the seller curriculum.
• Partner cross-functionally with the product marketing team to align on customer-facing assets and internal training.
• Develop and track measurement frameworks and KPIs to prove the impact of enablement on pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enablement leadership experience with technical products and mature enterprise sales motions.
• Direct sales experience and hands-on familiarity with AI agents and/or API tools.
• Proven track record of building enablement strategies and performance measurement frameworks.
• Experience scaling programs consistently across distributed, global teams and time zones.
• A builder's mindset with the ability to define functions, systems, and standards from the ground up.
• Location: Must be based in the US or Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience leading or enabling a technical or field engineering motion in addition to a revenue motion.
