What you will do

• Design and deliver engaging training programs covering sales methodology, product knowledge, and deal acceleration.
• Support product launches by enabling the sales force and partner community to effectively sell hirify.global solutions.
• Partner with the channel team to scale certification and professional development programs for partners.
• Co-facilitate global virtual training sessions and lead in-person enablement at the London office.
• Integrate AI tools into enablement practices to accelerate content development and resource creation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and sales leadership to translate knowledge into learning experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in or within commutable distance of London.
• Proven experience in sales, partner training, or learning and development.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with a focus on adult learning principles.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools for content design and delivery.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse internal and external teams.
• Willingness to travel for partner events and training delivery as needed.
