Salary: $4,000 monthly base + performance-based commissions (Average earnings $88,500–$121,000)

A large financial services organization specializing in indirect vehicle leasing and auto finance solutions.

What you will do

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with auto dealerships participating in the indirect leasing program.
• Contact prospective dealers to present leasing services and diversify the portfolio.
• Conduct presentations and training sessions for auto dealers to drive new business.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company, credit union dealer representatives, and approved dealers.
• Monitor market conditions and recommend product changes or new product development.
• Maintain activity and client contact information in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Diego, CA.
• Proven experience in the auto finance or vehicle lease industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office software.
• Ability to interpret lender rate sheets and calculate financial figures.
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or credit union industries.
• Auto Dealership BDC experience.
• Familiarity with dealer desking tools like DealerTrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, or CDK.
