Salary: $20/hour plus uncapped commission (Expected OTE $60,000–$200,000)

What you will do

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and engage with interested business owners.
• Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
• Recommend and present the most suitable accounting and tax solutions using a consultative approach.
• Educate business owners on the value of professional financial services to build trust.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Account Management teams for smooth client transitions.
• Maintain accurate client interactions and information within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in a sales role with a track record of meeting targets.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Largo, FL.
• Experience in a phone-based, high-volume sales environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to articulate complex information clearly.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Confidence in presenting solutions and making decisive recommendations.
