TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based in Salt Lake City, UT (requires 3 days per week in-office).

Compensation: OTE $105,000–$130,000 USD (for Salt Lake City).

What you will do

  • Win new clients and drive revenue across the rental real estate market.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline in the CRM with high accuracy.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers through persistent outbound efforts.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature.
  • Negotiate and close new and expansion contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts team to shape strategic customer adoption plans.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional sales experience.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and overachieving sales goals.
  • Experience executing outbound strategies targeting property management companies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex information.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Salt Lake City, UT for hybrid work.
