What you will do

• Define the retail strategy, determining market growth, store formats, and investment footprints to strengthen long-term financial performance.
• Build and lead a world-class retail team, fostering a customer-obsessed culture and developing future leadership.
• Direct retail expansion by identifying locations, negotiating leases, and overseeing construction and store openings.
• Manage retail operations to ensure stores reach sales potential through workforce planning, coaching, and merchandising.
• Develop a scalable operating model by improving unit economics, reporting, and technology systems for smarter decision-making.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to integrate retail into the overall omnichannel strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in retail strategy and operations, scaling high-growth brands into multi-market operations.
• Proven track record of opening numerous retail locations across North America.
• Experience building replicable operational systems and comprehensive retail playbooks.
• Expertise in owning retail P&L, including management of sales, occupancy, labor, and inventory.
• Leadership experience in building retail teams within fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly across store locations as the network grows.
