What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, facilitating key discussions and providing thought leadership on portfolio management and financials.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of high-visibility executive content, translating complex topics into clear, concise insights.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure leadership is equipped with accurate, executive-ready presentations.
• Oversee and manage a complex business management function, identifying operational efficiencies and anticipating emerging industry trends.
• Set operational team direction and collaborate with partners to execute on common goals and regulatory priorities.
• Provide functional communications to ensure messages to stakeholders are consistent and aligned with business strategies.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in business management or strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and executive-level presentation development.
• Deep understanding of operational risk, regulatory environments, and governance frameworks.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
• Strong data interpretation and storytelling skills for decision-making support.
