What you will do

• Own and execute a 5-10 year product strategy to meet customer and market needs.
• Lead and develop an executive team to achieve net revenue and EBITA growth targets.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture to increase market share and acquire new customers.
• Manage a multi-functional group of 75+ team members across various departments.
• Oversee a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement with revenue exceeding $10M.
• Report business plans and results directly to Harris Executives via monthly and quarterly briefings.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work and be based in the United States or Canada.
• Valid passport and eligibility for international travel to US, Canada, and the Caribbean (approx. 20% travel required).
• 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of managing a multi-functional team of at least 75 people.
• Experience managing a P&L of $10M+ in revenue.

• Prior experience in Product Management.
• Specific expertise in Healthcare IT.
