What you will do

• Lead the Field Services organization and third-party vendors across the U.S. and Canada to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee Command Center operations for real-time monitoring, incident response, and service continuity.
• Direct Fleet Management strategy, optimizing asset utilization, maintenance, and lifecycle planning.
• Manage operational P&Ls, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required.
• 7+ years of experience leading Field Services operations.
• 7+ years of experience leading Remote Technical Support (Command Center) operations.
• 2+ years of experience leading Fleet Management operations.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across North America or globally.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide initiatives at the executive level.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master’s in Operations Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Lean Six Sigma Green belt or Black belt certification.
• PMP or ITIL4 Certification.
• Experience in the photo enforcement industry.
