What you will do

• Provide senior leadership for national Health and Dental insurance operations, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Drive the evolution of member contact experience, claims management, and client administration through automation and AI.
• Develop and implement operational plans, performance metrics, and service delivery models to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Lead transformational change by integrating new technologies and operating models to support long-term growth.
• Coach and develop a large, geographically dispersed national team within a client-centric culture.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across technology, data, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in insurance or a complex service-based industry.
• Executive-level operations management experience, including capacity planning and workforce optimization.
• Demonstrated success in implementing automation, digital solutions, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to use performance metrics to drive business results.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale operations and build high-performing teams.
