What you will do

• Serve as General Manager with full P&L accountability for the Acute & Payer business unit.
• Set strategic vision and market expansion plans across Health System, Health Plan, and Convener markets.
• Drive the commercialization of AI-powered products in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
• Manage EBITDA margin targets while scaling the business beyond $100M in annual revenue.
• Strengthen customer engagement, retention, and long-term value through end-to-end experience ownership.
• Build and lead a high-performing organization, fostering a strong performance culture and developing future leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a business or P&L leader in complex, multi-product SaaS healthcare organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven success managing P&L for businesses scaling beyond $100M in annual revenue.
• Experience integrating and cross-selling across acquired or combined product portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to commercialize AI-powered or emerging technology solutions.
• Experience supporting M&A integration and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
