Mobile Mortgage Specialist (Banking)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a strategic customer base for mortgage products.
• Target and secure referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
• Manage a sales pipeline using a dedicated sales management system.
• Conduct joint sales calls and participate in monthly coaching sessions with the Sales Manager.
• Leverage credit knowledge to assist clients with mortgage solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to operate as a self-managed, independent professional in a competitive market.
• Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication.
• Post-secondary education (preferred).
