Financial Services Representative (Banking)

Location: On-site full-time in Kanata, Ontario, Canada; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple nearby banking centres may be required.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions involving cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with relevant banking specialists, products, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them use digital banking tools.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-focused communication, relationship-building, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Goal orientation, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and commitment to trust, teamwork, and accountability.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
