Banking Centre Leader (Financial Services)

Location: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada; full-time on-site. Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives delivering strong client experiences.
• Hire, coach, develop, and motivate employees to deepen client relationships.
• Monitor banking centre performance and implement action plans to address gaps.
• Support clients with securing their futures, purchasing homes, and establishing businesses.
• Develop community relationships, generate appropriate revenue growth, and manage operational risk.
• Resolve or escalate client complaints and collaborate with partners to maximize market opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience developing and implementing strategic team goals.
• Experience coaching employees and driving successful team performance.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Client-first approach, strong accountability, goal orientation, and commitment to trust and teamwork.

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner certification.
