Salary: $217,000 - $281,000 USD

What you will do
- Architect the strategy for bring-up and integration of full humanoid robotic systems and manage competing priorities.
- Drive technical direction for functional and edge-case testing across robot mobility, manipulation, perception, and charging.
- Lead the creation of tools, systems, and processes to resolve complex integration problems.
- Direct problem-solving strategies for high-impact system anomalies through multi-domain root cause analysis.
- Mentor engineers and build scalable diagnostic frameworks to uplevel organization-wide troubleshooting capabilities.
- Act as a technical spokesperson, influencing program directions and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience in Systems Integration or Systems Engineering focusing on complex mechatronic or autonomous systems.
- Deep expertise in integration methods for electro-mechanical systems spanning hardware, software, and control systems.
- Proven track record as a technical leader capable of making critical decisions during architectural shifts.
- Ability to design high-leverage diagnostic tools, instrumentation strategies, and automated test frameworks.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Must have current authorization to work in the United States.

- Experience with humanoid or mobile robotic architectures.
- Experience in autonomous vehicles, aerospace, or other safety-critical domains.
