What you will do

• Design and refine operational systems, tools, and AI-enabled workflows to improve product and engineering team productivity.
• Prototype and test AI and automation solutions to validate effectiveness before full-scale implementation.
• Audit R&D processes to identify friction points and implement scalable operational standards.
• Manage clear communication of roadmap updates, process changes, and operational standards across the organization.
• Evaluate tooling gaps and partner cross-functionally to select and implement effective solutions.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Engineering Operations, or a similar role.
• Hands-on skill applying AI tools to prototype or automate workflows.
• Proven track record of building or improving operational systems for technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in one of the 32 eligible US states as defined by company hiring requirements.
• Working knowledge of technical concepts and tooling ecosystems.
