What you will do

• Own product vision and strategy end to end, define success outcomes, and drive a roadmap that meets customer, business, and regulatory requirements.
• Define and track measurable goals, quantify business impact, and report progress weekly and monthly.
• Create product artifacts that unblock engineering delivery of high-quality work on time.
• Partner across product teams to deliver strong end-to-end platform experiences.
• Use first-principles analysis and data to validate assumptions and make decisions.
• Manage tradeoffs and negotiate timelines with internal and external stakeholders with precise written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including owning a roadmap for a dedicated engineering team in a technical product area.
• Demonstrated, hands-on AI fluency to change how work is done (not just using AI as a chatbot), including comfort prototyping front-end and UX changes.
• Builder mindset with high agency: own problems end to end and execute complex projects from zero to one.
• Strong technical partnership: root-cause issues with engineers and propose credible fixes for complex systems at scale.
• Analytical rigor and data-driven decision-making with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
