What you will do

• Own the AI workflow roadmap for the Implement-to-Renew (I2R) value stream.
• Identify high-value use cases where AI agents can meaningfully improve operational efficiency.
• Define epics, features, and acceptance criteria for reusable and scalable AI agent patterns.
• Act as the connective tissue between engineering, data science, UX, security, and legal teams.
• Drive alignment on roles and responsibilities for AI agent development and lifecycle management.
• Define success metrics for AI agent usage, quality, and overall business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing and delivering workflows, internal tooling, or shared services in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to map current-state workflows and redesign them for AI augmentation.
• Strong understanding of agile product ownership and backlog management.
• Experience working in a regulated or enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, security, and compliance considerations.
• Must be based in the United States.
