What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable activities within the PTP process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Process supplier invoices in ERP systems, performing three-way matching and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage payment runs, supplier inquiries, and vendor account reconciliations.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, US regulatory requirements, and Norwegian VAT regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance AP efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to support smooth end-to-end operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Strong experience with ERP systems and AP automation tools, such as NetSuite.
• Solid understanding of purchase order-based invoicing and three-way matching.
• Knowledge of Norwegian VAT regulations and financial compliance requirements.
• Must be based in Houston, Texas.
