What you will do

• Direct day-to-day maintenance for HVAC, electrical (13,800 V), plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Develop and monitor preventive-maintenance programs utilizing a CMMS system.
• Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and performance evaluation against company policies.
• Supervise, evaluate, and develop a multi-trade maintenance team, including hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure all facility activities comply with OSHA, EPA, EHS, and fire-code regulations.
• Coordinate with state and county inspectors and present status updates on CAPEX and internal projects.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret government security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Construction Management.
• 10 years of experience in facilities leadership or engineering/maintenance supervision.
• 3 years of journey-level experience in one or more building-maintenance trades.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, high-voltage electrical power substations, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and technical specifications.
