What you will do

• Generate pipeline and book meetings for Account Executives via email, LinkedIn, calls, and events.
• Research and engage ideal customer profiles across product, UX, insights, and strategy functions.
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM data and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging and GTM strategy.
• Represent the company at conferences and trade shows to drive new opportunities.
• Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to increase day-to-day efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from New York City.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments (early-stage startup experience is a plus).
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work with minimal oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior customer-facing experience in sales, support, or BDR/SDR roles is a plus.
