What you will do

• Follow up with interested candidates after initial recruiter contact to maintain high engagement.
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring accurate and timely document submission.
• Re-engage inactive leads and previous applicants by sharing current opportunities and company updates.
• Maintain precise candidate records, notes, and status updates within the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to provide a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English for natural and professional communication with U.S.-based candidates.
• Strong understanding of U.S. business culture and communication etiquette.
• Ability to work CST timezone schedules, including specific shifts on weekdays and weekends.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Confident and persuasive phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, customer service, or lead management.
• Experience working with U.S.-based customers or candidates.
• Background in supporting high-volume recruitment or onboarding processes.
