What you will do

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones and complex panel interviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and responsive experience.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to organize requisitions, pipelines, and feedback.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows and the overall candidate experience.
• Coordinate candidate travel and expenses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of scheduling or coordination experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
