Salary: $165,700 - $268,600 (depending on location)

What you will do

• Lead capture strategy and execution for strategic airborne business opportunities within the U.S.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities to drive growth across assigned accounts and programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with military, government, industry, and contractor stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and contract teams to align solutions with customer mission needs.
• Support proposal development, negotiations, and contract award activities for major pursuits.
• Monitor market trends, acquisition activities, and competitor positioning to inform growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in defense, aerospace, business development, or capture management.
• Experience with Airborne Early Warning (AEW) and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV).
• Strong understanding of U.S. defense acquisition processes and procurement practices.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain one.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting airborne mission systems, ISR platforms, radar systems, sensors, or electronic warfare systems.
• Experience with aircraft integration and related technologies.
